Add A Stat feedback

Hi, recently we have had someone state they could not plug something into our Add A Stat. We suggest to try to plug another item into the AAS. This customer called us and found this process loosened up the plug and then could plug in the original item.  Please contact us before assuming a Warranty is needed.
